Product Description

This structural profile is made of extruded aluminum. Up to 15 T-slots are provided on one or two sides, depending on the extrusion. On all one-sided T-slot plates, the opposite face is flat. The T-slots are used to clamp parts in position, alleviating the need for drilling or tapping. Several table plates can be joined together to make a table surface of any desired width.

NOTE: Our Heavy-Duty Table Plates have both faces milled flat.

Machine Surfacing

Super Wide and Flat Aluminum Extrusions can be used as table tops for machines such as CNC Routers, Belt Slides, etc. The wide surfaces saves your customer from having to find alternate ways to extend the width of their extrusions, and the flatness allows for accurate measurements and indications.
